Description
The Client Program Specialist supervises adult offenders in a community correction setting, develops professional rapport with clients, conducts assessments and interviews, collaborates with agencies and treatment providers on case plans, monitors progress and evidence-based behavioral interventions, maintains electronic and paper records, communicates with courts and other agencies, and supports discharge planning. The role requires a bachelor's degree in behavioral science or a related field, with relevant counseling or case-management experience and professional certifications or training potentially accepted in lieu of the degree.
