Plymouth Housing is hiring a full-time Case Manager in Seattle to support residents of permanent supportive housing through an onsite Resident Well-Being Care team. The role develops Individual Service Plans, coordinates housing and community resources, assists with transportation and appointments, advocates with providers, responds to crises, documents resident services, and collaborates with housing operations and behavioral health. The position carries a designated caseload, requires a human-services degree or equivalent experience, and offers a base pay of $36.10 with medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 403(b) benefits.
