Description
Aero Constructors LLC is hiring a full-time Tower Foreman to lead field crews on wireless and telecom tower construction, maintenance, lighting, antenna, RF line, and related infrastructure projects. The role is primarily field-based in Colorado with occasional travel to Nebraska, Wyoming, and surrounding areas, and includes hands-on tower work, crew leadership, safety enforcement, quality and reporting, and technician mentoring. Candidates need strong communication and leadership skills, a valid driver’s license, the ability to climb and work at heights over 150 feet, and at least five years of cell tower industry experience; microwave experience and prior crew-lead experience are preferred. Compensation is $30–$38 per hour depending on experience, with paid training, health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and a company-provided vehicle.
