Description
ABB is hiring a Channel Programs and Operations Process Leader to support the operational execution, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement of Channel Programs and Sales Support Operations. The role develops standardized processes, rebates, MDF, partnership programs, sponsorships, and other distributor initiatives; partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Digital, and Customer Experience teams; and implements automated workflows, reporting solutions, and dashboards. The position is hybrid and based in Cary, NC; Mebane, NC; or Atlanta, GA, and requires a bachelor's degree, at least eight years of professional experience including distribution channel and account management, and knowledge of ABB ELDS, ELSP, and SLSB business models.
