Description
The Healthcare Chaplain provides spiritual care and counseling to patients, families, and Sharp HealthCare team members, including assessments, crisis intervention, bioethical support, rituals, visit scheduling, documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary staff. The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least four units of ACPE Clinical Pastoral Education, with acute-care experience and board certification eligibility preferred. It offers variable shifts, as-needed weekend coverage, and no on-call requirement, with hourly pay ranging from $40.510 to $58.550.
