Description
BBYO is hiring a Chapter Specialist in Raleigh, North Carolina to support teen-led Jewish youth chapters. The role coaches teen leaders on recruitment, retention, engagement, and leadership development; helps build chapter calendars and programs; mentors teens at events; tracks chapter data; and supports regional and organization-wide initiatives. It requires at least three years since high school, local availability, transportation, and a minimum of five hours per week, with a flexible 5–10-hour schedule and some nights and weekends. The position runs from September through the end of May and pays $18 per hour.
