CSCA is hiring a part-time Pastry Chef Instructor to teach professional pastry programs in a commercial kitchen. The role covers French pastry techniques, combined savory production, advanced plating, chocolate and sugar work, and dessert design, while also managing class production, grading, attendance, student assessments, kitchen sanitation, and student mentorship. Candidates need at least five years of pastry arts or baking experience and two years of culinary teaching experience, along with Microsoft Office knowledge, strong communication and classroom-management skills, and the ability to pass a CORI background check. The position is paid per class and may require up to eight hours on the instructor’s feet.
