The role oversees enterprise technology operations, digital transformation, public safety technologies, cybersecurity, infrastructure, budgeting, procurement, contracts, workforce development, and technology resilience. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and six years of progressively responsible enterprise information technology experience, including at least two years of management-level experience, along with a valid North Carolina driver’s license. The target hiring range is $91,789 to $123,911, with a full salary range of $91,789 to $156,042.
