Description
The Classification and Compensation Coordinator supports the Classification and Compensation team by entering and maintaining HRIS data, calculating and reviewing job offer amounts, recording compensation changes, supporting compensation-program projects, reviewing payroll and HR documentation, and assisting with HR audits and employee communications. The role is primarily remote, with occasional attendance at the Alliance Office for business and team meetings, and requires an associate’s degree and two years of human-resources administrative experience, including HRIS proficiency. The salary is $26.27–$34.14 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
