Ascend Clinical is hiring an onsite Client Services Representative in Colorado Springs to serve as the first point of contact for clinical clients, primarily dialysis clinics. The role handles inbound and outbound calls and emails, responds to complex inquiries, resolves service problems, documents support, processes critical forms and lab draw entries, and meets call-center performance metrics. Candidates need a high school degree or GED, at least two years of experience in a fast-paced call center, Microsoft Office knowledge, and strong listening and comprehension skills. Compensation is $20-$24 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
