Description

Availity is seeking a passionate Cloud Device Management Engineer to join their remote team. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting secure, scalable endpoint management for macOS and iOS/iPadOS devices, leveraging Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and Apple Business Manager. The ideal candidate will possess deep Apple platform expertise, an automation-first mindset, and extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years experience in IT Infrastructure and End User Support.
Preferred Qualifications: Jamf 200 or 300 certification
Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified IT Professional (ACiT)
MD-102 Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator
Experience with enterprise networking, VPN, and security tools.
Experience with ITIL practices and ticketing systems (ServiceNow) and managing in an Agile environment utilizing Jira for work organization and completion.
