Description
Verint is hiring a Cloud Operations Engineer to manage, troubleshoot, provision, and maintain cloud infrastructure supporting its product portfolio. The role includes incident resolution, infrastructure upgrades, environment provisioning, collaboration with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services, documentation, and leadership of platform improvement initiatives. It requires approximately three years of cloud operations and systems administration experience, experience with Windows and Linux environments, cloud platforms, SQL Server, web-based technologies, ITIL processes, and client-facing support or delivery work.
