Avalign is hiring a CNC Mill Operator for its Greenwood, Indiana facility on a second-shift schedule. The role operates 3-axis or 4-axis Haas Mills, reads blueprints and technical data, sets up and secures workpieces and tooling, programs and adjusts machine controls, monitors machining, performs manual programming and prove-outs when approved, maintains equipment, and supports new-employee training. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related experience or training, blueprint-reading ability, mathematical skills, and CNC setup and operation skills, including data entry in Traverse Manufacturing System.
