Husqvarna Construction is hiring a Gantry Mill Machinist in Columbia, South Carolina, to work in the Tool Room on the second shift from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The role involves setting up and operating a Haas Gantry Milling machine, modifying steel blade cores, writing and editing basic CNC programs, performing quality-control measurements, correcting defects, and maintaining machines and the work area. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, machine-tool training, and at least two years of machine-shop training plus one year of machine-shop experience; CNC programming and metal-removal knowledge are required.
