Polamer Precision Inc. is hiring a full-time CNC Programmer for the first shift. The role involves programming and optimizing CNC operations using MasterCam and/or NX, reading engineering prints and GD&T, developing fixtures, selecting cutting tools, analyzing G code, and coordinating with engineering, production, quality, purchasing, and scheduling. Candidates should have 5–8 years of experience with the listed software, a manufacturing engineering background, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a manufacturing shop environment.
