Description
The Estimator at Gerber Collision & Glass assesses vehicle damage, documents repairs and parts, coordinates repair needs, communicates with customers and insurance companies, and supports the repair facility’s KPIs. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, compliance with DRP requirements, willingness to complete I-CAR training, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation is commission-based, with an estimated $50,000–$100,000 per year, plus supplemental bonus opportunities.
