The role manages and develops the sales force, plans business growth and budgets, recruits and trains sales professionals, reviews performance, resolves customer issues, and supports key customer relationships and deal closing. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of industry experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and Salesforce proficiency; a plus is Salesforce CRM experience. The position offers $100,000 to $150,000 annually plus benefits, equipment, training, and other perks.
