Pilgrim’s is hiring a Commercialization Project Manager in Greeley, Colorado, to lead branded and private-label food product commercialization projects through the Pilgrim’s/JBS stage-gate process. The role manages projects from concept through launch, coordinates cross-functional R&D, packaging, regulatory, marketing, operations, procurement, quality, and supply-chain teams, tracks milestones, budgets, risks, and KPIs, and drives process improvement. A bachelor’s degree, 3–7 years of relevant experience, food or consumer packaged goods manufacturing experience, strong project management and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably PMP or another project management certification are required or preferred. The salaried full-time role offers a base salary of $90,000–$105,000 plus incentive pay and benefits.
