Founders Property Management is hiring a Community Manager for its Phoenix, Arizona market to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential property. The role manages leasing and maintenance teams, supervises employees, supports resident services, monitors budgets and occupancy, handles emergencies, and ensures property presentation and compliance. It is a 32–40 hour per week position with medical, dental, vision, disability, life, supplemental insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and a performance-based monthly bonus.
