The role focuses on responding to members in a warm brand voice, creating engagement content, surfacing community feedback to product and content teams, coordinating escalations, and monitoring community health metrics. The position requires proven online community management experience, strong written communication, empathy, organization, and familiarity with moderation tools; no degree is required.
