iCapital is hiring an Analyst Configuration Developer to configure and maintain business rules in FireLight®, a proprietary SaaS electronic fulfillment platform for financial products. The role covers configuration, SDLC participation, unit and integration testing, customer deployments, Jira ticketing, Tier 2 production support, defect resolution, and platform performance improvement. Candidates need 1–3 years of technical or configuration-focused experience, strong XML and structured business logic skills, SaaS experience, and familiarity with FireLight® or the ability to ramp quickly. The position is based in the greater Denver/Colorado Springs area, with office work Monday–Thursday and remote work on Friday, and offers a base salary of $65,000 to $80,000 plus equity, a performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
