Brawley is hiring an Estimator for its headquarters in Wilmington, North Carolina, with a remote or hybrid work arrangement ideally involving 20% work from home and 80% in-office. The role requires at least three years of estimating experience for United States-based commercial and/or federal construction, with five or more years in commercial, institutional, or military construction preferred. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining bid plans, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, obtaining material quotes, performing takeoffs, developing estimates and bid lists, managing bid-day analysis and change control, and supporting awarded-project buyouts and subcontractor coordination.
