Description
CTL Engineering is hiring Inspectors/Technicians to provide construction inspection and quality-control services for NCDOT, county, municipal, and private-sector projects, primarily in the central North Carolina region. The role combines field and laboratory work with some office work, including testing and inspecting earthwork, concrete, asphalt, utilities, soils, and roadway or bridge construction; reporting non-conforming work; maintaining project records; and assisting engineers with investigations. Candidates need at least two years of construction inspection and testing experience on NCDOT projects, familiarity with highway construction specifications, a valid driver license, and an acceptable driving record.
