Description
The employer is seeking a Construction Layout Technician / Construction Surveyor to perform electrical construction layout on large-scale commercial and industrial projects. The role uses robotic total stations and GNSS equipment to stake underground conduit, equipment pads, embeds, stub-ups, electrical rooms, transformers, skids, and other infrastructure; collects and documents as-built information; verifies layout accuracy; interprets construction drawings; and coordinates with project management, field operations, BIM/VDC teams, and general contractors. The position requires frequent travel to active construction sites and offers preferred experience with Trimble software and electrical construction.
