Description
Olgoonik is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee multi-year construction projects across multiple locations, including facilities construction, maintenance, repair, and minor construction. The role manages construction activities from notice to proceed through closeout, coordinates subcontractors and field personnel, supports cost estimating and scheduling, administers contracts, maintains project documentation, and serves as a primary contact with U.S. Federal Government clients. The position requires at least ten years of progressive experience in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline, with federal construction, cost control, scheduling, and contract administration experience; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. The work is primarily office-based, with possible travel, and no security clearance is required.
