Description
Cornerstone is hiring a full-time Project Manager to oversee the entire life cycle of detention and security construction projects. The role coordinates project engineers, field resources, vendors, subcontractors, customers, and project superintendents; schedules manpower and construction tasks; manages change orders, costs, billing, warranties, and project documentation; and ensures projects meet quality, budget, schedule, and profitability targets. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, building science, or a relevant field, at least five years of construction project management experience, and strong communication, organizational, budgeting, scheduling, and Microsoft Office skills.
