SeedLegals is hiring a contract Data Engineer for a 3–6 month standalone project to build, evaluate, and deploy a new AI-powered business intelligence assistant. The role involves architecting a Claude-based agent connected through MCP to BigQuery/dbt, Metabase, and GitHub; measuring accuracy, operating cost, and maintainability against historical business questions; and deploying the assistant to an internal pilot group. The position is based in London with hybrid/remote flexibility and requires solo end-to-end ownership, strong SQL and dbt, hands-on LLM/agent development, and Python integration experience.
