Checkout.com is hiring a Corporate Governance Paralegal for its Legal team to support board governance, corporate entity management, capital actions, corporate filings, statutory registers, legal document drafting, audits, and related legal operations for its Merchant Acquiring Limited Purpose Bank and group entities. The role is permanent and full-time in the New York office, with a hybrid arrangement of three office days and two days from home. Candidates should have a paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree and 2–3+ years of relevant corporate governance assistant or company secretary experience.
