TruBlue of East Wake & Northern Johnston County is hiring a full-time Craftsman/Carpenter to perform advanced carpentry, home improvement, repair, and maintenance work in residential homes. The role includes installing and repairing doors, trim, cabinetry, flooring, decks, and other features; completing drywall repair; assisting with bathroom updates and accessibility modifications; and delivering professional customer service. Candidates need at least eight years of paid carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction experience, strong finish carpentry skills, independent work ability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a criminal background check. The position pays $28-$35 per hour plus performance bonuses and offers a Monday-Friday schedule, company uniforms, office support, and advancement opportunities.
