Just Eat Takeaway.com is hiring a CRM Platform Engineer for its CRM Platforms team. This junior-to-mid level role owns and improves the company’s CRM technology stack, supporting global CRM teams with technical enablement, campaign solutions, Salesforce Developer Experience, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Hightouch. The engineer will manage data flows, automate and improve platform reliability, translate campaign goals into technical solutions, and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders. A basic CRM foundation, logical thinking, communication, collaboration, organization, problem-solving, and English fluency are required; a heavy technical background is not needed because onboarding and mentorship are provided.
