The Specialty Pharmacy Patient Services Specialist supports patients accessing specialty medications by conducting benefit investigations, verifying insurance coverage, handling inbound and outbound calls, documenting case updates, assisting with prior authorizations and financial assistance programs, and maintaining accurate records. The fully remote contract position is based out of Morrisville, North Carolina, pays $19.00–$19.85 per hour, and is anticipated to close on October 5, 2026.
