Description
The Cyber Engineer plans, designs, develops, validates, and verifies cybersecurity solutions across the lifecycle. Responsibilities include cyber risk assessment, threat modeling, vulnerability analysis, supply chain risk management, system and security design, coordination with architects and developers, cybersecurity testing and evaluation, and assessment and authorization activities. The role requires DoD 8140.01 baseline certification, RMF knowledge, and foundational cybersecurity knowledge, with desired experience in Windows or Linux/Unix, cybersecurity tools, system hardening, DISA STIG compliance, and eMASS. The full-time position offers a salary range of $67,000 to $124,400 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
