The Data Analyst Professional Services role supports financial-institution clients by developing and maintaining reporting solutions, writing SQL, analyzing complex data, interpreting lending and portfolio-risk requirements, and delivering customized reports. The position collaborates with Product and Advisory teams, documents work, provides technical support, and may use AI-enabled tools to improve reporting efficiency. It requires a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least three years of reporting-solution experience, and offers remote or office-based work in Raleigh, North Carolina or Austin, Texas.
