Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is hiring a Data Center Program Manager to provide national leadership for Data Center Services Project/Construction Managers, communicate strategic account operations vision, build relationships with operations and project management teams, ensure compliance, drive productivity through EBE principles and digital tools, support strategic goals, attract and develop managers, and lead training initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of electrical industry experience in project or construction management, field services, field sales, or marketing, and at least three years of people-management experience. It offers an annual salary of $130,000–$190,000 plus a variable incentive program, requires travel of up to 25%, and does not offer immigration sponsorship.
