KP Snacks is hiring an on-site Process Lead at Tanfield to own and develop the Centre Line Management System and Changeover DMS for production lines. The role focuses on equipment and process health checks, data analysis, continuous improvement, machine-loss reduction, changeover optimisation, and building operational capability through collaboration with line and equipment teams. Candidates should have process-control knowledge, problem-solving and communication skills, training experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365; Advanced Team Member or Equipment Owner experience is beneficial but not required.
