Builders Mutual is hiring a Data Engineer II to design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT processes, improve the enterprise data warehouse, build data marts, refine data pipelines, support data governance and security, tune SQL and database performance, automate workflows, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues. The role requires advanced SQL, relational-database, data-modeling, and cloud-data-platform experience, with insurance-industry experience preferred. It is a locally remote position based in Raleigh, with several annual visits to the Raleigh office, and includes a 37.5-hour workweek, PTO, professional development, and comprehensive benefits.
