Asana is hiring a Data Scientist for its Warsaw office on an office-centric hybrid schedule, with standard in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and optional home work on Wednesdays and Fridays depending on the work type. The role focuses on designing and analyzing experiments, investigating customer and product questions, adding metrics and aggregations, building customer-segment growth models, and partnering with engineering, product, and business teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience, at least three years of data science experience, strong statistical and machine learning knowledge, SQL and relational data modeling skills, and experience with distributed data processing systems. The estimated gross monthly base salary is 29,000–32,900 PLN, with health insurance, dental and travel coverage, and other benefits.
