Description
CMS Controls is hiring a DDC Application Engineer to design, select, budget, document, and support building automation and DDC projects from preliminary design through installation, programming, commissioning, closeout, and service. The role involves creating control drawings and engineering documents, coordinating with project and operations teams, supervising UL control panels, maintaining project records, and supporting warehouse and panel-shop activities. A bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, an associate degree in a similar field, or equivalent experience is required, along with controls engineering knowledge, HVAC and electrical systems knowledge, and Visio/CAD and Microsoft Office skills.
