Phenom, an AI-powered Talent Experience platform, seeks a Deployment Strategy Manager to drive successful AI adoption among enterprise clients. This role involves overseeing the entire customer deployment lifecycle, from initial training to sustained usage, focusing on organizational change and ensuring smooth integration of Phenom's AI-driven Talent Experience Management (TXM) platform. The manager will engage deeply with customers, diagnose and overcome resistance to change, and collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to refine platform capabilities.
