Koniag IT Systems is hiring a Deputy Program Manager to serve as second-in-command to the Program Manager for a 24x7 enterprise IT Operations and Maintenance program supporting network operations, service desk operations, network engineering, Microsoft infrastructure, cloud operations, enterprise applications, IT service management, and related functional areas. The role oversees program governance, Agile delivery, staffing and transition activities, SLA performance, security and compliance, and stakeholder communications, with primary work performed at the customer headquarters in Washington, DC. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of federal IT contracting program or project management experience, at least three years managing large-scale enterprise IT O&M programs, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust and required federal credentials.
