Workday is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead Cyber Security-related programs across its Product & Technology organization. The role manages complex portfolios and programs, collaborates with cross-functional teams and executives, mitigates risks, drives standardization and continuous improvement, facilitates workshops, and provides executive briefings. Candidates need at least 8 years of project or program management experience in product development, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, and strong Agile, decision-making, communication, change-leadership, and process-improvement capabilities. The primary location is Pleasanton, California, with additional United States locations and a flexible work arrangement requiring at least 50% office or field time per quarter.
