NVIDIA is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the execution of Design for X (DFX) programs across the full semiconductor chip lifecycle, from plan of record through production release. The role coordinates DFX engineering, silicon design, verification, post-silicon validation, test engineering, operations, and software teams; manages schedules, risks, deliverables, and program reviews; and drives pre-silicon test readiness, post-silicon bring-up, ATE test programs, yield learning, and production ramp readiness. Candidates need a BS in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience, at least six years of semiconductor technical program management, test engineering, DFX, or post-silicon validation experience, and hands-on knowledge of ASIC/SoC development and DFX concepts. The posting is hybrid and offers a base salary of 168,000–258,750 USD for Level 4 and 200,000–322,000 USD for Level 5, plus equity and benefits.
