West Shore Home is hiring a Design Consultant in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, on a rotating Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday schedule. The role serves as the primary customer contact, guides customers through a personalized one-call close sales process, attends team meetings and training, and sells home improvement products and services using warm, pre-set leads. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, an annual net sales bonus program, and expected first-year income of up to $200,000 or more.
