Fiserv is hiring a Design System Program Manager to operationalize and scale the UniFi Enterprise Design System across design, engineering, accessibility, content, research, AI, and business teams. The role leads program planning, governance, roadmaps, release coordination, stakeholder communication, adoption, migration, change management, and metrics reporting. It requires 10+ years of program or design operations experience, 7+ years applying systems thinking to enterprise ecosystems, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, and valid unrestricted U.S. work authorization. The position is full-time, direct-hire, on-site Monday through Friday, and pays $136,000 to $225,600 for employees in New Jersey and New York.
