Computer World Services Corp is hiring a Desktop Engineer – Windows to engineer, configure, secure, and maintain Windows-based environments in an enterprise federal IT setting. The role focuses on identifying and remediating Windows vulnerabilities through Microsoft SCCM/MECM, NinjaOne, PowerShell, and other enterprise management technologies; developing application and remediation packages; troubleshooting operating systems, applications, drivers, security, and performance issues; supporting vulnerability monitoring and reporting; and providing Tier 3 technical support. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least five years of desktop engineering or enterprise IT experience, federal IT experience, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
