CarMax is hiring a Cosmetic Reconditioning Associate II at its Wilmington, North Carolina store. The role performs cosmetic inspections, final quality checks, paint touch-up, wet sanding, and buffing; identifies vehicle defects; supports auction preparation and vehicle movement; and provides customer service. Candidates must complete CarMax training, accurately record inventory and quality-control data, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 pounds, communicate effectively, and be willing to work indoors and outdoors in inclement weather.
