Description
QTS is hiring a Development Program Manager (Q-Systems: Connectivity) to lead the design, pre-construction, and construction of network and low-voltage infrastructure across data center campuses. The role coordinates facilities, contractors, designers, engineers, commissioning agents, vendors, and operations staff; manages schedules, budgets, scopes, procurement, project status, and technology deployments; and ensures compliance with design documents and standards. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, or construction management or equivalent experience, 8–10+ years of mission-critical data center facility and technology project management experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and U.S. citizenship. The role requires travel up to 50% and offers a Virginia salary range of $147,225 to $225,146.29 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
