The Development Program Manager leads design, pre-construction, and construction activities for data center development projects, managing multiple projects, budgets, schedules, permits, procurement, change orders, contractor payments, and stakeholder relationships. The role requires a bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent professional experience, at least eight years of commercial construction management experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and travel of up to 50%.
