Description
The Dining Services Director will prepare healthy meals, manage the Dining Services department, supervise and train staff, oversee food ordering, preparation, menu planning, delivery, sanitation, equipment maintenance, and resident and community service. The role requires at least 18 years of age, four years of hands-on cooking and menu planning experience including management experience, Food Manager Certification or certification within 30 days, familiarity with kitchen appliances, and a positive criminal background screening. Technical school and Food Manager certification are preferred.
