Alliance Health is hiring a Director-Data Platform Engineering to lead the strategic governance and delivery of a modern cloud-based data platform, including migration from legacy enterprise data warehouse capabilities to a cloud-native lakehouse. The role oversees the Data Platform Engineering team, enterprise standards, data quality, security, HIPAA and HITECH compliance, platform stability, legacy decommissioning, and executive stakeholder communication. It is a full-time remote position for a candidate residing in North Carolina, with travel to the Morrisville, North Carolina home office as needed, and offers an annual salary of $131,191-$167,268 plus benefits.
